Stumptown Coffee Roasters

With several locations in Seattle, Stumptown has the Northwest covered (also in Portland). Quality is on par with any roasters in the country and true to their website post: “Dedicated to providing the freshest, most unique coffees in the world, roasted by hand in small batches.” They hand select and roast in an “old school”cast-iron German probat machine.
