I would drive a hour, maybe more, just to go here… it’s that good. Former Chez Panisse pastry chef Mary Canales opened this place in 2006 to share her passion for great ice cream. I will remember the Honey and Candied Fennel Seed and Rose Pistachio ice cream duo in a cup drizzled with bittersweet hot fudge. I will remember the visit for some time to come. Yum factor: 10+

They offer 11 flavors of ice creams, sorbets and sherbets. Wonderful hand rolled, chocolate filled tip, ice cream cones. All the ice cream is completely handmade fresh everyday in small batches using organic dairy and eggs and sustainably raised ingredients from Soul Food eggs as well as Straus Organic and Clover Organic dairy. The flavors change daily, many are based on seasonal ingredients.

They also make homemade bittersweet hot fudge, dark caramel sauce, or dulce de leche sauce top top your dessert… .75 to .95 a spoon… Bon-Bons, Brownies, and Ice Cream Sandwiches as well. The ice creams are available to take home, hand packed, in pints or quarts as well.
